Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 4 skimmed chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tin chicken soup
Method
- 1. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent
2. Cut the chicken into strips, add to the pan and cook until golden all over
3. Add the curry paste and chutney and stir into the chicken
4. Turn the heat down, add the tin of soup and simmer for 20/30 minues
5. Serve with rice and naan bread
