Method

  • 1. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent

  • 2. Cut the chicken into strips, add to the pan and cook until golden all over

  • 3. Add the curry paste and chutney and stir into the chicken

  • 4. Turn the heat down, add the tin of soup and simmer for 20/30 minues

  • 5. Serve with rice and naan bread

    • 4 skimmed chicken fillets
    • 1 tbsp curry paste
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 clove garlic crushed
    • 1 tbsp mango chutney
    • 1 tin chicken soup
