Ingredients

1 Eating apple
50 ml Lemon juice
2 slices Toast hot buttered
2 Sausages cooked sliced
1 tablespoon Apple chutney
3 oz Sage Derby Cheese grated
to garnish Paprika

Method

Core, slice and dip the apple into the lemon juice. Arrange on the toast and place the sausage on top. Spread a little chutney over the sausage and sprinkle the cheese on top. Grill until the cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle paprika to garnish.
Serve hot.
