Haddock with Spicy Beans and Sausage

Method

  • 1.Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then sautee the onion.
  • 2.Add the rosemary,sausage and garlic, then fry for about 2 mins.
  • 3.Pour in the passata, beans and sugar, season, then simmer for 5 min.
  • 4. Add the fish but make sure that the top of the haddock is peeking out of the sauce.
  • 5. Cover with a lid and leave to cook for 3-5 mins.

    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 onion chopped
    • ½ tsp. rosemary
    • 25g sausage
    • 2 garlic cloves crushed
    • 1 bottle passata
    • 2 can cannellini beans
    • 4 haddock skinless
    • ½ tsp. sugar
