Apple, Cherry and Blackberry Crumble

Method

  • 1.Preheat oven to 200C
  • 2.Cut the apples into chunks. Toss them in a bowl with blacberries, cherries(cut in half) and granulated sugar, then place them in a shallow baking dish.
  • 3.Sift the flour and ginger in a bowl. Rub in the butter until it resembles crumbs then stir in the demerara sugar.
  • 4.Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
  • 5.Bake the crumble for 35-40 mins.,until the topping golden brown and crisp.
  • Ingredients

    • 680g apples peeled cored
    • 120g blackberries
    • 120g cherry
    • 30g granulated sugar
    • 100g self-raising flour
    • ½ tsp. ground ginger
    • 70g demerara sugar
    • 50g butter cut in small dice
