2.Cut the apples into chunks. Toss them in a bowl with blacberries, cherries(cut in half) and granulated sugar, then place them in a shallow baking dish.
3.Sift the flour and ginger in a bowl. Rub in the butter until it resembles crumbs then stir in the demerara sugar.
4.Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
5.Bake the crumble for 35-40 mins.,until the topping golden brown and crisp.
