" Cheesecake made with Hartington White Stilton "
This recipe belongs to 'Derbyshire'
Pre heat oven to 170 C/325F
Melt butter in large saucepan and stir in biscuit crumbs-mix well and then
press evenly into base of 9 ins loose bottom cake tin and leave to set.
Crumble Stilton into a bowl, add sugar, cream cheese and beat until well
blended.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating until smooth, then add vanilla, flour,sour
cream and lemon juice and beat until blended.
Pour mix over crumb base and bake for approx 1 hour until firm. Turn off heat and allow to cool in oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven-allow to cool completely and cover with cling film-chill in fridge until ready to serve.
Can be frozen
