2. Fry the onions and celery until beginning to brown.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and allow to cook at low temperature for 15 to 20 mins.
4. This recipe will make approxomately 400 ml of sauce.
TIP:
For best results make the sauce the night before your BBQ and alow the meat to marinade overnight in the sauce, this can be done in a large flat based bish, either in the firdge our out.
