1. Rub all the ingredients together until you have a stiff dough.
2. Leave to chill for about 30 mins.
3. Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a line baking tray.
4. Lay out a piece of clingfilm larger than the baking tray.
5. Roll the dough out onto the clingfilm, then invert it so that the biscuit dough falls into the baking tray. Press it in and score the shapes, whatever you like, then prick each with a fork.
6. Bake for 20 mins., then leave it cool for about 5 mins.
