Method

  • Fry onions with sundried tomatoes until soft,add mushrooms,chicken and red pepper,fry until chicken sealed,season well with salt and pepper and italian herbs,add passata and chopped tomatoes transfer to casserole dish and cook at 170 gas6 for 1 hour.10 mins before end of cooking time add chopped mozzarella.Serve with Garlic Bread.

    • ½ jar chopped sundried tomatoes
    •  chopped mozarella cheese

    • 220g passata
    • 1 large tin chopped tomatoes
