1. mix together all the ingrediants in a bowl. toss well
2. heat the oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the marinated bhindi untill crisp.
3. drain on absorbent paper.
4. serve hot
hints- these have to be fried almost immediately after you mix them as otherwise they will not be crisp as the bhindi will release water, making them soggy.
for the garnish you can use chopped red capsicum and corriander to enhance the taste and look.
