Method

  • Cut up cooked Chicken / Turkey set aside. Dice Onion and Pepper Fry in oil until cooked but not browned add Oregano. Add tin soup plus ½ can water mix thoroughly add meat and heat through making sure the meat is completely heated through. Serve with rice

    • I do a very similar thing with a fried onion, a tin of condensed mushroom soup, chopped mushrooms, a bit of tomato puree, and cold leftovers (including stuffing and sausagemeat).
      Serve it in large vol-au-vent cases, with mash and green veg.
      A family favourite!

    Ingredients

    • 1 Green pepper (any colour will do)
    • 1 large onion
    • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
    • 1 tin Chicken or Mushroom condensed soup
    • ½ teaspoon Oregano
    •  Salt pepper to taste
