Method

  • 1. wash and chop all vegetables, except potatoes.
  • 2. heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and whole red chillies and saute.
  • 3. add all the vegetables, salt, pepper and ginger. stir well. cover with lid and cook on slow heat till almost tender.
  • 4. add tomato puree and white vinegar. cook till done.
  • 5. serve with any indian bread like nan

    • 120 gms green beans
    • 120 gms cabbage
    • 120 gms capsicum
    • 120gms carrots
    • 4 tbs cooking oil
    • 2tbs chopped corriander leaves
    • 1tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp chopped ginger
    • 120 gms onion
    • ½ tsp black pepper powder
    • 120 gms-cut like chips potato
    • 2 red chillies whole
    • to taste salt
    • 4 tbs tomatoe puree
    • 1 tbs white vinegar
