Ingredients
- 120 gms green beans
- 120 gms cabbage
- 120 gms capsicum
- 120gms carrots
- 4 tbs cooking oil
- 2tbs chopped corriander leaves
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 120 gms onion
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 120 gms-cut like chips potato
- 2 red chillies whole
- to taste salt
- 4 tbs tomatoe puree
- 1 tbs white vinegar
