" Easy recipe for the Passover "
This recipe belongs to 'Passover (Pesach)'
1. Brown the onion in a very little oil and then cool.
2. In a processor or mixer combine everything except the carrots and onions at low speed for 10 minutes. Then add the onions and carrots.
3. Put mixture in 3 greased (or lined) loaf tins and cook at 180°C for 1 hour.
Can be frozen either cooked or raw. If cooking from frozen, allow more time. If freezing them cooked, defrost overnight and drain any accumulated water.
