- 150g flour, all-purpose
- 0.25 tsp. salt
- 75g butter ,chilled
- 0.5 whole egg yolk beaten
- 50 ml water ,cooled
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- FILLING
- 1 tsp. garlic ,chopped
- 1 tbsp. red onion ,chopped
- 150g salmon ,crumbled
- 150g mashed potatoes
- 0.5 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
- 0.5 whole egg ,beaten
