Ingredients
- 1.5 kg beef fillets
- 18 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 garlic clove crushed
- 3 cm finely chopped fresh ginger root
- 3 tsp. chopped coriander
- 18 tbsp. soy sauce
- --- For the peanut sauce
- 650g crunchy peanut butter
- 9 garlic cloves crushed
- 50g fresh coriander leaves
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 6 tbsp. Saké Japanese
- 1.5 tsp. chilli oil
- 360 ml coconut milk
