Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C, Gas Mark 4
  • 2. Fry sausages and bacon in virgin oil until starting to brown. Drain.
  • 3. Cut each sausage into 3 or 4 pieces and place in ovenproof dish.
  • 4. Add all other ingredients into dish.
  • 5. Blend cornflour with about 3 dsp water, stir into casserole.
  • 6. Cover and cook for 50 - 60 mins
  • 7. Serve with jacket potatoes or crusty bread

    • 1lb pork sausages
    • can baked beans
    • 4 rashers bacon. chopped
    • 1.5 dsp cornflour
    • 2 carrots. sliced
    • 1 onion. chopped
    • can chopped tomatoes
    • 6 flozs stock
    • 2 lugs virgin oil
    • handful mushrooms. chopped
