Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C, Gas Mark 4
2. Fry sausages and bacon in virgin oil until starting to brown. Drain.
3. Cut each sausage into 3 or 4 pieces and place in ovenproof dish.
4. Add all other ingredients into dish.
5. Blend cornflour with about 3 dsp water, stir into casserole.
6. Cover and cook for 50 - 60 mins
7. Serve with jacket potatoes or crusty bread

- 1lb pork sausages
- can baked beans
- 4 rashers bacon. chopped
- 1.5 dsp cornflour
- 2 carrots. sliced
- 1 onion. chopped
- can chopped tomatoes
- 6 flozs stock
- 2 lugs virgin oil
- handful mushrooms. chopped
