This recipe belongs to 'WIZO'
Cut a slice from each tomato and scoop out the flesh and discard. Boil fish until cooked (about 20 minutes). Cool and flake finely. Place fish in a bowl with 1 chopped egg and grated onion and bind with mayonnaise. Season to taste. Fill each tomato and garnish with a wedge of egg, one black olive and a sprig of parsley.
