pre-heat oven to 350. In mixing bowl using a whisk, blend together eggs,pumpkin,sugar,cloves,cinnamon,ginger,salt. beat in evaporated milk and blend well. pour into 9x13 oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture,spoon melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix, sprinkle chopped pecans over butter, and bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. to test for doneness insert wooden tester or toothpick into center, which should come out clean. cool on wire rack. place in refridgerator 1/2 hr.
Tips
serve with a dopp of whipped cream/additional pecans. enjoy!
