Sausage and Mozzarella Canneloni
Method
Cook canneloni for 8-10 mins.
Brown the sausage meat,drain and keep hot.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese,mozzarella and sausage meat.
Stuff the canneloni with the cheese and sausage meat mixture,place in a baking dish.
Pour bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 25 mins.
Ingredients
- 450g sausage meat(or packet of 8 sausages skinned)
- 225g cream cheese,softened
- 225g mozzarella,grated
- 1 jar bolognese sauce
- 8 canneloni tubes
- 2oz cheese,grated
