Method

  • Cook canneloni for 8-10 mins.
  • Brown the sausage meat,drain and keep hot.
  • In a large bowl combine cream cheese,mozzarella and sausage meat.
  • Stuff the canneloni with the cheese and sausage meat mixture,place in a baking dish.
  • Pour bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Bake for 25 mins.

    • 450g sausage meat(or packet of 8 sausages skinned)
    • 225g cream cheese,softened
    • 225g mozzarella,grated
    • 1 jar bolognese sauce
    • 8 canneloni tubes
    • 2oz cheese,grated
