Method

  • Lightly oil and line 2lb loaf tin.

  • Grate 1 apple and mix in everything else but 1 apple.

  • Pour into tin and decorate with apple.

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1hr, 30mins. Brush with reamining honey.

    • 6oz Soya marge
    • 3 tbsp Honey
    • 3 tbsp Self-raising flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp mixed spice
    • To decorate Apple
