Method

  • 1. Fry garlic in butter in a saucepan, and then add the crumbled grogonzola, wine and cream.

  • 2. Cook until the cheese melts. Meanwhile boil up taliatelle untill "al dente"

  • 3. Drain the pasta and add to the saucepan.

  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

    • What a great idea, the smoked bacon added to the dish! I have cooked this dish many times before, in fact its in my favourites folder, but not thought of adding bacon or musherooms - I'm so going to try this next time I cook it. Jan did tou cook the bacon first before you added it or do you let it cook in the sauce?

    • Made this dish tonight, it was just fab. Added abit of smoked bacon and a few mushrooms which needed using up. Will def make this dish again.

    • 1 lb Tagiatelle
    • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
