Method

  • 1. Sliced the courgettes.
  • 2. Soak in the milk for 15-20 minutes.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  • 4. Take the courgettes from the milk and dip in the flour.
  • 5. Place them in the saucepan and fry until golden brown
  • 6. Drain onto a piece of kitchen paper and sprinkle with some salt.

    • 4-5 courgettes
    • 1 cup plain flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • for frying vegetable oil
