Method

  • Fry onion and chicken in oil,add thai paste according to instructions on jar cook for a few mins,add sweet potatoes,baby sweetcorn and coconut milk.Simmer until potatoes cooked through and sauce starts to thicken,mmmmmmmmmmmmm
