- preheat oven to 180 degrees c
- wash and pat dry chicken pieces
- season with salt and pepper
- place in a roasting dish
- place inside oven with skin side down and roast until nearly ready - about 45 minutes
- remove from oven and turn chicken pieces over.
- in seperate bowl combine salad cream and chutney and pour over chicken covering generously
- return chicken to oven and cook until brown and cooked through
- remove from oven and serve with rice and veg.
