    Ingredients

    • 10oz plain flour
    • 2oz caster sugar
    • 6oz Butter
    • 2 egg yolks
    •  Cold Water

    Method

    • 1. Put flour, caster sugar, butter into food processor and mix until the consistency is like fine breadcrumbs.

      2. Add 2 egg yolks and mix and then add some cold water - a teaspoon at a time until you get the right consistency. I usually use 2 teaspoons of water and the mixtures goes into a dough ball.

      3.Roll out the dough and cut circles for the base.

      4. Add in a teaspoon of mincemeat and then put a top of dough on the mince pie.

      5. Cook in a preheated oven 180C for 20 mins
