1. take the tortilla wraps and smother one side in margerine or sunflower oil to prevent sticking to the baking tray.
2. turn the wraps over and cover this side with tomato puree, then sprinkle the grated cheese over half of the tortilla (as you will be folding it later)
3. add the ham/chicken of your choice and the pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
4. finally, sprinkle the desired amount of corgette and peppers into your wrap and fold the wrap in half, pressing firmly edge-to-edge.
5. place the wraps in the oven (gas mark 4) for 14 mins, turning half way through cooking (7 mins each side)
6. leave to cool for several minutes and enjoy!
Tips
you can also add tomatoes, cucumber, etc into your wrap or use similar ingredients.
for a veggie option, use the same recipe minus the ham or chicken, or you can use quorn instead of meat.
