Method

  • 1. take the tortilla wraps and smother one side in margerine or sunflower oil to prevent sticking to the baking tray.
  • 2. turn the wraps over and cover this side with tomato puree, then sprinkle the grated cheese over half of the tortilla (as you will be folding it later)
  • 3. add the ham/chicken of your choice and the pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
  • 4. finally, sprinkle the desired amount of corgette and peppers into your wrap and fold the wrap in half, pressing firmly edge-to-edge.
  • 5. place the wraps in the oven (gas mark 4) for 14 mins, turning half way through cooking (7 mins each side)
  • 6. leave to cool for several minutes and enjoy!
  • Tips

    • you can also add tomatoes, cucumber, etc into your wrap or use similar ingredients.

      for a veggie option, use the same recipe minus the ham or chicken, or you can use quorn instead of meat.

    •  grated cheese (of your choice)
    •  ham/chicken pieces
    • 1-2 corgettes (grated)
    • 1 of each colour peppers (diced)
    •  pineapple chunks
    •  margerine/sunflower oil
