Winter Fruits Salad with Pomegranate
Method
1. Put the pomegranate juice, sugar and allspice berries in a saucepan over a medium heat. Make a syrup.
2. Halve the pomegranate and bash the skin with a wooden spoon.
4. Peel the clemantines and cut out the segments over the bowl. Squeeze any remaining juice from the left-over core of the fruit into the bowl.
5. Peel and quarter and slice the pear, halve the grapes and throw in the cranberries.
6. Strain the stock syrup into the bowl, mix well and set aside.
Ingredients
- 3fl oz pomegranate juice
- 2 oz sugar
- A small handful of dried cranberries
- A handful of little red grapes
- pear
- 3 clementines
- 1 pomegranate
