Crunchy Coleslaw

Coleslaw recipe with a twist


Shred the cabbage and the carrots and mix tpogether in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix thouroughly, Roast in a frying pan the nuts and the seeds and when cool throw onto the coleslaw mix. the twist is at the end - break up some raw instant noodles and sprinkle on top for an even crunchier effect.


Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
Sunflower Seeds 1 Tbsp
Pine Nuts 1 Tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds 1 Tbsp
Carrots 6
White Cabbage 1
