Method

  • Make a pocket in each of the chicken breasts. Put crushed garlic, herbs, chopped tomatoes and soft cream cheese in a bowl and mix together. Stuff the breasts and close over the pocket, place tomato slices over the top of the chicken breasts. Cook in a fan assisted oven at 200C for 20 mins. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.

    • 1.5 garlic cloves. crushed
    • 4 sundried tomatoes. roughly chopped
    • 2 tsp mixed herbs
    • 100g Soft cream cheese

    chicken breast fillets stuffed with cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, garlic and mixed herbs. Tomatoes on top, ready in 20 mins oven 200C serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
