Make a pocket in each of the chicken breasts. Put crushed garlic, herbs, chopped tomatoes and soft cream cheese in a bowl and mix together. Stuff the breasts and close over the pocket, place tomato slices over the top of the chicken breasts. Cook in a fan assisted oven at 200C for 20 mins. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
