Turkey Stroganoff

Method

  • 1.Mix the flour with the seasoning, paprika and herbs. Coat the turkey pieces in the flour mix.
  • 2.Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and fry on a medium heat until soft.
  • 3.Make the chicken stock cube up to 250ml with hot water. Add the turkey to the pan and brown.
  • 4.Then stir in the carrots and the remaining stock. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Stir in the yogurt but do not allow to boil, as it could curdle.
  • 5.Remove from heat and serve the stroganoff with pasta.

    • 1 tbsp. plain flour
    • 400g cooked turkey. diced
    • 1 tbsp. oil
    • 1 onion. finely chopped
    • 1 chicken stock cube
    • 4 carrots. peeled and diced
    • 300g yogurt
    • 1 pinch mixed herbs
    • to taste salt and pepper
