Method

  • Peel chop and wash the veggies.

  • Steam for about 40 minutes untill really soft.

  • Mash together untill really smooth.

  • Push mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Take out and defrost as needed
  • Tips

    • I use a processor to puree my mash. You can boil the veggies but if u steam you save a lot of the goodness!
