Method

  • Blend half the Mushroom soup powder with Beef stock.
  • Brown meat in heated cooking oil
  • Add remeining ingedients (except Cabbage and Half the soup mixture)
  • Allow to cool
  • Spoon meat mixture into blanched cabbage leaves
  • Roll and secure with tooth/cocktail Sticks
  • Place in a saucepan
  • Heat the rest of the mushroon soup mixture pour over the cabbage rolls and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked.
  • Serve with rice and small boiled new potatoes.
  • Ingredients

    • 500gms Mince
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 12gms Flour
    • 2 Eggs (beaten)
    • 16 + Cabbage Leaves
    • 1 Beef Cube - dissolved in 500ml boiling water
    • 1 tablespoon Oil
    • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
    • 60 gms Fresh bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh Parsley
    • 1 packet Mushroom soup
