Method
Soak Liver in Milk for 5 minutes.
Remove membrane/skin and pat dry.
Season with Salt and pepper
Heat oil in Frying Pan and fry gently until tender and done.
Remove from pan and set aside
Fry Onions in same pan until soft.
Add tomato and simmer for a few minutes
Mix Vinegar, Stock and Cornflour
Add to Onion and tomato and simmer until thickens
Return Liver to pan and simmer for another few minutes until heated through.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes and green peas.
