Method

  • Soak Liver in Milk for 5 minutes.
  • Remove membrane/skin and pat dry.
  • Season with Salt and pepper
  • Heat oil in Frying Pan and fry gently until tender and done.
  • Remove from pan and set aside
  • Fry Onions in same pan until soft.
  • Add tomato and simmer for a few minutes
  • Mix Vinegar, Stock and Cornflour
  • Add to Onion and tomato and simmer until thickens
  • Return Liver to pan and simmer for another few minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes and green peas.
  • Enjoy!

    • 1 Chopped Tomato(Skinned)
    • ΒΌ Cup Vinegar
    • 1 Cup Beef Stock
    • 3 Sliced Onions
    • 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
    • Oil For Frying
    • Milk For Soaking
    • Salt & Pepper To Taste
