Ingredients
- 5ozs Margarine
- 5ozs Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 7ozs Self Raising Flour
- 1oz Cornflour
- ------------------- Filling
- 2ozs Caster Sugar
- 1lb Strawberries
- ½ pint Whipped Cream
Method
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and stir in flour and cornflour.
Grease 2 sandwich tins.
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Place on middle shelf for 20mins
When cool fill with strawberries and cream.
