1. Ask an adult to help you pre-heat the oven. Grease the loaf tin and line with greaseproof paper.
2. Peel, core and chop the apples
3. Mix the oil with the honey, then mix in the eggs.
4. Sift the flour, salt and spices into the bowl.
5. Add the apple pieces and stir.
6. Pour the mixture into the tin and with an adult's help, bake for about 45 minutes.
7. The cake is done when it is golden brown on top and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn out on to a wire rack.
