- This soup is great as it is so thick, I split the mixture into tubs and freeze or chill it and then when I reheat it I just add more water.
I also add quite a bit more black pepper when I serve it to make it a really warming soup!

I have just tried this and it was really easy and tastes delicious. I added fresh ginger instead of ginger powder too, mmmmmm yummy, can't wait to eat it for dinner!
