Method

  • Make minced meat into balls and place in large casserole - should make about 16.

  • Chop oninons,celery and carrots add to meat.

  • Pour over passata.

  • Add mixed herbs and bay leaves.

  • Place casserole on hot plate of aga until bubbling. Place in warming oven for 4 hours to cook gently
