Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Method

  • 1. Put the chocolate in a double boiler and stir constantly until it is all melted.

  • 2. Take off the heat and leave to cool before adding the soya cream and brandy. Beat the mixture for about 3-4 mins (I like to use an electric hand blender)

  • 3. Either serve in a large bowl or individual cups and sprinkle some grated chocolate to decorate

    • 250ml soya cream
    • 1 tbsp brandy
    • 150g Vegan chocolate
