Make the Omelette base. Stir in the cheese. Wash and chop the mushrooms and slice the ham into bite-sized pieces. Put a little oil in a pan and cook the hame and mushrooms on a low heat until the mushrooms are slightly browned. Add the Omelette base. When the surface solidifies, place a little coriander on the top. Serve.
