Ingredients

• 2 Chicken Carcasses
• 1 Portion Boiling Chicken
• 2 Whole Onions
• 3 Whole Carrots
• 5 Sticks Celery
• Cover contents of pot Water
• To taste Salt and pepper

Method

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan (shissel)

Place on hot plate and bring to boil

Put saucepan into warming oven leave for 5 hours.
