1. Rub butter into flour.
2. Add sugar and ginger
3. Mix in syrup and treacle with hands and make into a soft dough
4. Leave and cool for 1 day
5. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thick
6. Use cutters to make shapes
7. Cook at 375F for 10-12 mins
