Caramel Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- ΒΌ cup soft brown sugar
- 3 bananas.
- 150 ml double cream
Method
- 1.Make the pancakes.
2.Heat the butter in a frying pan, then add the sugar and cook stirring until it dissolves and bubbles.
3.Cut up the bananas.
4.Add the banana and cook until tender, then stir in the cream.
5. Pour over the caramel bananas and serve immediately.
