Method

  • 1.Make the pancakes.
  • 2.Heat the butter in a frying pan, then add the sugar and cook stirring until it dissolves and bubbles.
  • 3.Cut up the bananas.
  • 4.Add the banana and cook until tender, then stir in the cream.
  • 5. Pour over the caramel bananas and serve immediately.

    • ΒΌ cup soft brown sugar
    • 3 bananas.
    • 150 ml double cream
