Method

  • 1. Please see my chicken paprikash recipe.
  • 2. Please see one of my pancake recipe.
  • 3. Drain the paprikash and cut the meat into small pieces.
  • 4. Mix with 1-2 spoonsfuls of the sauce of the paprikash so it will not be too dry.
  • 5. Heap one spoonful of the meat into the middle of each pancake, fold into quaters then line them up in a casserole.
  • 6. Strain the sauce over the pancakes and put into the oven for enough time to warm them.

    • Tips

    • This is a great recipe for using up chicken paprikash leftover.
