Method

  • 1. Pick of your left over chicken and put to one side in a dish.

  • 2. Break six eggs into a large tub.

  • 3. Add 125ml (qrt pint)of milk and mix well.

  • 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 5. Put your chicken into a large frying pan and add the omlette mixture.

  • 6. Cook on a medium heet for 5 to 10 mins.

  • 7. Put under the grill until it rises up and goes golden brown.

  • Serve with chips.
  • Tips

    • When mixing the eggs and milk, I like to add some garlic powder and some dried mixed herbs and mix it all together.
