Chicken Stuffed with Mustard and Creme Cheese Wrapped in Parma Ham

Method

  • Cut a slice in the side of the chicken breast ready for the filling. Mix the mustard and cremecheese and stuff it into the chicken. Wrap the parma ham around the chicken so it is covered. Put the chicken in tin-foil into a hot oven - cook for 30 mins. Serve with a salad.
  • Tips

    • Getting the right mix of mustard and creme cheese depends on your taste - experiment!

      Remove the foil halfway through to crisp up the parma ham.

      Rolling the parma ham around the chicken takes a bit of practice.
