Method

  • Heat the cream in a pan and when it just starts to heat and and the cream moves slightly, add the chocolate - broken in to small pieces.

  • Take off the heat and mix well until all the chocolate has melted.

  • Place in small serving dishes (2) and chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

  • It's as easy as that!

  • Tips

    • Break the chocolate in to very small pieces to quicken the melting time, you can also add a couple of tsps brandy if you like.

    Ingredients

    • 100g 70% cocoa Dark chocolate
    • 142ml Double cream
