Method
1-Blend the chilli, garlic,and ginger in a blender. skin the chicken, and pierce with a fork to allow marinade to sink into the chicken.
2-To the marinade add salt, garam masala, and chilli powder. Add the chicken to the marinade and let set for 24 hours.
3-Next after 24 hours in one bowl lightly whisk the 2 eggs, and in another bowel add the bread crumbs.
4-Dip the chicken into the egg and then into bread crumbs. Do this with all the chicken.
5- Add the chicken to a greased baking tray (with oil), and cook and on a high heat until golden brown. Turn occasionally.

- 1 whole tray chicken
- 5 Chillies
- 1 Ginger
- 1tsp salt
- 2 Eggs (large)
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 to 1 ½ tsp chilli powder
- Bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
