Method

  • 1-In a large pan add the oil and heat for 1 mins.
  • 2- to the oil add the herbs and dill, and then add the leftover vegetable and cook for 5 mins. next add the water.
  • 3- add the water according to how thick you like you soup, Next add the vegetable to a large blender and blitz until smooth.
  • 4-Then add the smooth soup back into the large pan and cook fr 20 - 30 mins. stirring occasionally.
  • Ingredients

    • 1tsp mixed herbs
    • 1tsp Dill
    • as musch as you need. left over vegetables
    •  Water
    • 1tbsp Oil
