    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Flour
    • 1 cup Water
    •  pinch of salt
    •  Spinach
    •  feta cheese
    •  olive oil

    Method

    • 1. Make the dough by combining flour, water and salt. Knead the dough and allow to rest in a dark, cool, place for 15 to 30 minutes.

      2. While the dough is resting, cook off the spinach, toss through fetta and add a splash of olive oil.

      3. Roll out the dough and cook on a hotplate. Place spinach mix on top of the dough, fold in half and leave on hotplate until cooked.

      4. Cut into portions and serve.
